Brain spotting & EMDR
Neurobiologically based therapies that help the brain release stored trauma, resolve emotional triggers, reduce anxiety, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for trauma, chronic stress, medical trauma, and emotional overwhelm.
Somatic Therapy
Body-based healing that tracks sensations, breath, and nervous-system responses. Helps reduce tension, support trauma recovery, and restore connection between body and mind—especially helpful for autoimmune disorders, grief, anxiety, and chronic emotional stress.
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Deep restorative meditation that supports sleep, decreases cortisol, and helps regulate the nervous system. Beneficial for insomnia, burnout, trauma, grief, and health-related stress.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) — Parts Work
Healing the parts of you that learned to survive
IFS helps you understand and support the “parts” inside you—protective parts, wounded child parts, inner critics, caretakers, and the Self that holds deep wisdom. This approach is gentle and transformative for clients with trauma histories, attachment wounds, codependency, relationship stress, and identity work.
